Privacy

What is shared between you stays between you.

Mythrae exists to help you rest well and feel close to the people you love. Those are private things, so discretion and data security are built into everything we make.

Who we are

Mythrae is a trading name of Inedito Arc Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17246878, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Inedito Arc Holdings Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Questions about your data: [email protected].

Built for what is private

Some of what we make is personal to you, like a bespoke story written around your names, your places and your memories together. That writing is done by The Scribe, a private writing system we built for exactly this. It uses AI as a tool, inside our own safeguards, so that no person ever needs to read what you share. No human eyes read, review, or judge your raw inputs. You are free to be honest about your life and the people in it, and that stays your own.

What we collect

If you join the list: your email address, the date you signed up, and where you signed up (for example, which page or campaign brought you to us). Nothing more. Our email is handled by Brevo.

If you place an order: your name, billing address and delivery details, processed securely through our store provider strictly to fulfil your order, manage your account, and deliver your product.

If you share details for a bespoke piece: your submission is used solely to generate your unique piece.

The firewall between your inputs and your identity

We maintain a strict separation between your creative input and your personal identity, in line with UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) standards. Once your final product is delivered, the original prompt is completely unlinked from your personal identity and customer profile.

How The Scribe learns

To refine The Scribe’s authoring and expand our universe of stories, the underlying themes of completed pieces may be securely archived. Before this happens, our system automatically strips all personal or structural identifiers to ensure total anonymity. These de-identified themes help The Scribe write more beautifully and may inspire broad, anonymous story arcs for our general library. Your specific prompt and identity will never be published, sold, or tied to any public work.

Special category data

Information relating to your intimate life or health is a special category under UK GDPR (Article 9). Where you provide it (for example, in a bespoke prompt or a personalised audio intake), we request explicit, unbundled consent at the point of collection; the data is encrypted at rest; we publish retention windows and an automatic erasure schedule; and you can revoke consent and delete your data at any time.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site and store to function securely: adding items to a cart, checking out, accessing your library. We use anonymised performance analytics that do not collect identifiable personal data. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent checkout.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.
