Every piece begins with our own direction and our own rules — what a Mythrae night is allowed to sound like, and what may never appear in one. Modern writing tools help us draft; people shape, check and approve every piece before it reaches you, and the voices are high-quality synthesis under licence. What you hear was made for you on purpose — and if it ever sounds otherwise, we want to know.
No. We don’t use customer data to train generative models. Personalisation inputs are used only to create your audio piece, retained for a defined period, and you can ask for them to be erased at any time.

No screen glowing in a dark room, no notifications, no streak to keep. The point was never to hold your attention; it was to take you somewhere and let you drift.

Yes, without argument, within 14 days. For personalised audio, we deliver immediately on payment, so the 14-day right is waived at checkout — but we’ll still refund if a piece doesn’t fit. We’d rather you weren’t paying for something you didn’t love.
